Optical Coherence Tomography is an exciting imaging technology that has revolutionized our understanding of macular disease and has emerged as an important tool in the management of glaucoma. This lecture will provide a nuts and bolts approach using cases to understanding and interpret the OCT as well as provide clues for advanced interpretation in both retina and glaucoma.
